Hi!
I am 27 years old and from South Tyrol. After completing my studies at the Food Genius Academy in Milan, I gained valuable experience in renowned restaurants: an internship at the Michelin-starred La Perla Restaurant in Corvara, followed by roles at Exit Gastronomia Urbana in Milan, Bros’ Trattoria in Salento, and most recently as a Chef de Partie at the Bad Turmbach Restaurant in Eppan Berg.
Additionally, I completed three AIS Sommelier courses to perfect the art of food and wine pairing.
Today, I work independently as a Private Chef, offering tailored culinary experiences.
