I was working there from April 2022 until October 2022. My job position was a comis chef , with my colleague I was handling desserts and starters. I was a key member of a team and I was also involved for catering for almost 200 people.

After the season ended I was offered a job in position as a sous chef in Cyprus
I was helping to open the restaurant together with the head chef. I was in
charge of controlling all the processes and ensuring that all the team member was providing the best service for the team.
I was also curating of the main processes of the kitchen. I was invited to help open the restaurant and help team to set up a stable and functional menu.
