Developed my skills at ISS DE NORA INSTITUTE in Altamura, Confcommercio in Bari and ALLAN BAY Training School in Milan where I received my qualifications in hospitality management, REC (Occupational Requirement for the food trade and the provision of food and beverages) and CBT (Low-temperature cooking) respectively.
I have worked in numerous hotels and restaurants such as Urban - Cucina Assassineria Urbana, VICANTO RESTAURANT, HAMP HAMBURGERIA, LA CIAMBELLA RESTAURANT, GOLA RESTAURANT, A PUTECA RESTAURANT, Marina di Ugento (Lecce) (Italy) where I worked as a head chef and also at VICTOR VILLAGE RESORT as Executive Chef to name a few.
I count with good social skills and competences gained during my work experience abroad (mostly UK), which allowed me to be in direct contact with people(s) from all over the world. On the grounds of my acknowledged organizational skills and competences I was given responsibility duties in the different job positions I held.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge, having worked with the most modern machines in the several kitchens I was able to be a part of.
