I am 45 years old. I am based in Romei but I lived in New York and Vienna for many years. I like to travel. I am also an artist and I play violin. i am a personal chef for 15 years. I have runed for at least 10 years the first and most popular home restaurant in Rome. I cooke Italian, Asian, European and world wide recipes.
I love all the traditional Italian kitchen, home made pasta, ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine, but with a personal touch on finding always new combinations. I love to cook fish dishes. but also I like very much asian food. my main speciality is to play with spices to give the final touch of my creations. I am resident chef seasonally at Chateau de la Bourlie, in Dordogne, France. where I cook for wedding and guests. I can cook for many people. And I like to understand the taste of my clients to make them happy..
