My experience spans from private chef to wellness retreat host and chef plus other fun things like pop ups, charities and supper clubs.

Over the course of the 8 years experience I have I have gathered a rich knowledge of foods and techniques that are fuelled by just being a person doing what she loves.

I have worked in restaurant and cafe in Scotland, then onto private cheffing which took me to the Canarian Islands where I have been located full time up until recently.

Always interested in new flavour combinations and interesting ingredients, I will find myself travelling and going on holiday, purely for gastronomical purposes.

I have a large amount of experience with cooking and baking to cater for most allergies from my time working with wellness retreats. Expect to eat just as well as Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Keto, Macrobiotic, Antihistamine, Paleo, IBS, Celiac and more.

You can expect from my cooking: flavour, beautifully presented dishes, organic produce, clean eating and lots of love and respect for the produce, the eater and the eco sustainable processes. I will always try and honour great quality and organic ingredients, seasonal and local. If we use animal we will use it well but I am also happy to dive in alternative diets and requests.
