Chef Antonio Kanarellis

I am an experienced cooking Chef who has recently re-located from Greece to begin a new life in Italy because I am extremely interested and enthusiastic about; the culture, the lifestyle and particularly the cuisine.Because of my heritage my goal is to add Greek influences to the Italian cuisine. I am an honest, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy person whom through my extensive work experience and training within the hospitality industry have acquired strong communication skills. I’m extremely enthusiastic, thrive working in a fast-pace kitchen environment and have learnt to multi-task, to quickly find solutions and also manage small teams of people. I’m very sociable and polite and enjoy working with a diverse range of people. I speak English fluently and I am currently studying the Italian language.
