Private Chef In BrindisiAfter study in chemistry and biology I choose 10 years ago my job, my passion, I always worked in fine dining restaurant where the love for the ingredients are the protagonist.
I started my career in Venice where I m born, after that I stayed in Amsterdam working for Pianeta Terra Restaurant, where as sous chef we reached the 31th place as Italian restaurant in the world outside Italy.
Now I'm collaborating with Materia Prima Restaurant of the Chef Giuseppe Palmisano.
