Ten years of cooking experience with starred chefs like Erick Jacquin (MasterChef Brazil), Filippo Saporito (La Leggenda dei Frati in Florence), Patrick Ferry (Sofitel Guarujá, Brazil). Since 2018 I am the Breakfast Chef for a 4 stars boutique Hotel in Florence. Always aiming to exceed myself with love and humour.
