My name is Alessia Montini and I am a Private Chef.

My passion for cooking start when I was a child with my grandmother Carla, she taught me that food is a form of love.

I started my research in healthy and conscious eating in Venice where I started my career.

In the last years my travel, the people I met and the places I've visited influenced my cooking, that's why, when you'll taste my creations, you 'll find all me inside.

My passion of nature brought me to study the wild plants and the edible flowers too.

I am an artist and cooking for me is also an art expression.

In recent years i have also gained a great deal of experiences in vegan and vegetarian food.

I choosed to live in the countryside and to be a nomadic Private Chef : I travel trough Italy to create garden spaces to make people being indipendent with food and to become conscious on what they eat.

I share my vision and my life-style trough my passoion with people all over the world.

I start to cook 12 years ago and , since that, my work ,guided me trough the world , working for my guests on boats, catamarans and villas.

Wow! Magical experience, outstanding food, unbelievablly talented chef! We hired Alessia for a group of 19 people in a private home in Sardinia. She created an incredible experience and memory for us. From the table settings to the cocktail hour to her exquisitely prepared culinary masterpiece, she hit every mark and knocked it out of the park. I cannot recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.

Stress free option for large group dinner! The chef did everything start to finish & the meal was delicious. Would recommend!

Alessia was a dream of a chef! She clearly made all of the dishes with so much passion and love. Not only did she cater to our dietary requirements, but also edited the menu for my tricky 8 year old niece, which was very much appreciated! All the dishes Alessia made us were so delicious, nicely presented and made with fresh ingredients. I highly highly recommend her!
