My story begins as a child learned the secrets of Tuscan cuisine next to my grandmother. Since then, my greatest passion is good food, for the great influence it has on everyone's life, both for health and for the emotions that come from it. I studied at the culinary school in Florence, after which I had experiences in the best restaurants and 5stars hotels in Florence. My path continued in London to absorb innovative ideas and techniques and stimulate my taste to new horizons. I flew to the U.S. in Atlanta, to continue my training path, working in the best Italian restaurant in the city, Pricci, and starting to make the first dinners as a private chef. Then in France in a restaurant 2 stars Michelin.
Now i'm 30 old years and my ambition is to live in my land by giving others my greatest love for cooking, always looking for perfection.
