Private Chef In BariHello everybody! I'm Alessandra Capurso, 30 years old and graduated in Alma, the international school of italian cuisine.
I'm also an AIS sommelier and an aspiring gastronome. The things that I love the most are tradition and novelties, that's why I always like to meet new people and cultural exchanges. I've been working for 5 years around Italy next to great chefs and I got a lot of culinary master secrets from them.
However, invisible ties brought me back home, to my land which is Apulia. I'm a deeply rooted in tradition and values person but, at the same time, I'm very curious and open to different cultures. For this reason I decided to become a personal and private chef in my land, leading turist people on a tradition and innovation journey. I like using seasonal local ingredients, using traditional recipes in a modern key, exalting flavors into their salient aspects with a special consideration to aesthetics.
