Private Chef In PerugiaI'm Alessandra, I'm from Umbria and I'm a wandering chef.
My history in the kitchen started when I was 6 years old and I prepared alone my first handmade gnocchi. I learn to cook with my mother and in real kitchens of old aunts and grandmothers.
After many years first in design and then in tourism world of work, I decided to dedicate myself to what I really love to do: cooking. For two years I have been working full-time and professionally as a private chef and little catering.
My cooking is strongly linked with my region and nature. My proposal is full of genuine taste and natural flavour. The aesthetic of my plates is natural and minimal, and not conventional. Edible flowers is my personal touch to many plates, where you always find natural surprising elements. Every plate is prepared with fresh and seasonal organic products from local farms. Even though I cook meat, I specialize in vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Bread is my specialty: I'm an artistic baker, my breads are famous because I can draw with a blade the surface of bread to create female faces. I love preparing artisan bread for my clients, handmade pasta, pastry and other baking products.
I have my fix proposals but I love designing personalized menu and plates based on your desires. I can also organize little catering until 40 people, with a tailor made service and menu, to surprise you and your guest.
