Chef Yaji Kethana

I'm a recent graduate out of a hotel management university (WGSHA Manipal) where I've trained in the Culinary Arts. I've been working for a company called Cookd, based out of Chennai. I've been creating content for social media along with developing new Ready-to-cook products. This adds the experience of trying new innovative things and adapting them to be crowd pleasers. Of course that's in addition to all the skills I've gained through university and just general time spent cooking with my family!
