Private Chef In GurugramI am a professional chef with 8 years experience in the culinary world. Certified as a Patisserie chef and after having trained at The Oberoi hotel New Delhi as sous chef , I opened my first cafe in Gurgaon - The Good Stuff by Vandys at Sector 50 Gurgaon offering gluten free desserts, , vegan items -salads and smoothies . The Salad subscription model for corporates and gyms worked out well from this cafe too.
I then started specialising in Pan Asian gourmet cuisine and started catering services for small groups and sit down dinners plus premium corporates from my cloud kitchen under my brand Vandys ( Thai wok by Vandys & Vietnamese by Vandys ) .
Lately since last 3 years have started setting up pan asian food pop ups( Thai/ Vietnamese / Burmese) at premium locations -Delhi golf club, Gymkhana , Foodhall MKT Chanakyapuri , Artisanal markets , to a great response across Delhi NCR .
The focus is on nutritious food whose ingredients are sourced from local organic farms and is served at pops ups with delicious natural sauces ,seasonings and dressings.
