I am a recent graduate from culinary school. I have a B.A. Hons. International Culinary Arts degree from International Management Institute, Lucerne, Switzerland. During my studies I had the opportunity to go internships and the starting point of my career was a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Belgium were I worked for a year after which I did a 6 month internship at a 1 Michelin star restaurant in Switzerland. My limited yet rich experience allows me to adapt in any situation and provide great culinary creations.
