Hospitality is color, and service is black and white; as an artist who chases color, I bring vibrant creativity to every plate.
I am a Hospitality student currently pursuing my BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Pusa. My practical experience includes a notable industrial training stint at the coffee shop in ITC Maurya, New Delhi, where I gained valuable culinary insights. Additionally, I have honed my skills in baking through hands-on experience with The Baking Co. by Elchico. Beyond these roles, I have undertaken freelance projects, designing menus and preparing luncheons and dinners. This diverse experience has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set in both culinary arts and hospitality, preparing me to contribute effectively to given project.
