I worked as a Sous Chef in the Seabourn cruise line, its a 6 star cruise line in which I handle all the operation on the floor. I was also the Chef de Partie in the Thomas Keller restaurant on the seaborn cruise line. II also did an internship in hotels such as the JW Marriott. I graduated a degree from hotel and tourism from the PTU.
