A professional chef who loves to be around and think about food all the the time.
I am a professional chef who has been in the business for last 12 years. I got my degree in Hospitality from Leeds Beckett University, UK and started my career in culinary from Mayfair Hotel, London. I have been fond of food and different techniques since childhood as my mother always tried out new things at home.y grandmother travelled around the world back in her day and when she used to come back to India, she used to ask my mother to try different cuisines which my granny had during her stay abroad.
I came back to India to learn basics in India also as it is extremely different from the west. After that went to Dubai where I worked with an Organic food restaurant where I got to learn more about the rising trends of health food.
I started my own restaurant in Bhopal, India. As I was getting more confident about my product, the pandemic hit. And to make it worse, it happened twice in a very short span.
Currently I am working as a head chef with a growing brand called SOVA Foodworks in Bhopal. Handling a kitchen with more than 20 chefs altogether. This brand operates a boutique hotel, a QSR Health food brand and a confectionary verticle dealing in all things sweet.
