I am Pallavi, a chef with over 25 years of cooking experience and more than 12+ years of professional culinary experience. I am a trained chef. I have worked with five star hotels, and even had the immense spirit of working alongside one of India’s legendary chefs – who? Well, let’s save a little suspense for when we meet! Now, as a chef consultant, I have set up couple of restaurants and worked on exciting product development projects. I have worked with many brands in my years of working and I love teaching recipes and cooking for people.
