My name is Neel Palit, I have recently graduated from Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland where I have finished my BA in Culinary Arts. I was born in Kolkata, India and have been cooking since the age of 6, and in a professional environment from the age of 16. I am a very hard worker and adapt to the environment I am put in very well. I am now on a journey to educate myself through hard work and practice. I aspire to be a leading name in the Indian culinary scene and will be the new breed of chef in India that will change the way the populace looks at our art.
