With 9 years of extensive culinary experience, I am a dedicated Sous Chef currently working at Rama Heritage, Nashik. My journey in the hospitality industry began after completing my Hotel Management course in 2016. Since then, I have consistently honed my skills, mastering various cuisines, enhancing my culinary creativity, and effectively managing kitchen operations.

Over the years, I have gained expertise in crafting innovative dishes, developing unique recipes, and ensuring exceptional food presentation. My strong leadership skills allow me to efficiently manage kitchen teams, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and oversee smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

I take pride in my ability to blend flavors, create memorable dining experiences, and constantly experiment with new techniques to stay ahead in the industry. Recently, I have expanded my expertise by creating special menus like the Chef's Special and developing unique recipes for restaurant kitchens, such as Veg Navabi Biryani, Pathani Biryani, and Japanese Potato.
