Comfort food, a homey feel with real flavours. I don't define myself as a Chef, rather as a food lover who dreams up and creates exciting experiences from the heart. I'm at my best when faced with traditionally meat based concepts, creating vegan/vegeratian counterparts that tantalise and bring you the same scrumptious taste, however I can cook anything and love spanning food genres. I love people, and believe that cooking for others takes more more than just technical skill, creating a warm ambience and friendly exchange is important for me.
