Elevating the material into unique experiences.

I’ve been passionate about cooking for as long as I can remember.

It all started with dinner competitions at home with my parents and siblings. Back then I already knew that food would take a central place in my life.

I’ve developed this passion ever since then in Europe, Asia and Central America.

Another passion of mine is Judaism and Halacha (Jewish Law).

Jewish cuisine is not only about flavors…it’s about tradition and ritual.

This drove me to study the field of Kashrut in depth, making it part of my professional life. I have served Rabbinates both in Madrid and Panama City, as a Mashgiach, at the beginning of my journey and later on, as a Department Manager.

This process never stops. It began at home in Chile with simple ingredients and old cookbooks. I continue to developing and changing my opinions.

A cooking secret...

I like to select every single ingredient that makes its appearance on my plate. This includes proteins and vegetables as well as also oils and spices.
