Private Chef-Erez Stern is entertaining for a fine dining experience in plural locations throughout the greater Tel Aviv area, offering modern Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine. To offer his guests the best dining experience possible he offers a set menu and encourage his guests a pre-selecting wine menu.

Guests get a 10-15 courses menu. Each guest gets a printed menu during dinner which is personally signed by the chef at the end of the meal to be given as a present to each guest.

Let Erez invite you for a gourmet experience as he graduated from Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon-France (1999), Erez made his mark in various haute-cuisine restaurants throughout France and Israel.

Indulge yourself to a private dinner for groups or invite up to 20 to 40 diners around table or just have fun with a casual dining buffet for up to a 100 people. That can be also fit for entertaining cocktail parties. This will all be set up in an intimacy and style that fits each occasion. These could be corporate functions, business meetings, product launches, special family birthdays, brunch gatherings, or simple friendly get together around any theme.

Chef Stern creates contemporary and sophisticated new Mediterranean haute cuisine using seasonal and regional ingredients. His menu are well defined as a combination of French cuisine with international inspiration, with large variety in menu choices. For dietary preferences and culinary sensitivities, Erez is always there for assistance.

A "Carte Blanche" menu is available to those who want to experience the chef’s imagination that is always adapted to client’s wishes & desires. Erez offers a unique and special service that combines a frontal cooking chef, familial hospitality, high quality foods, just full enjoyment.

parallel to this concept of hosting in a private locations, Erez offers culinary tours both in Israel and abroad specializing in different regions of France.

Never the less, he offers a selection of courses and workshops on site.
