I am from New York, with Italian heritage & my heart and stomach in Asia. I’ve been fortunate enough to come from a family of food lovers and great cooks. Learning the past 10 years in restaurants has influenced me as well. I cook a lot of fusion food and am super creative with my dishes. I have 10 years hospitality experience. Food is my passion. I grew up around food, constantly eating & cooking and have loved both since I was a child. I also have a background in bartending & mixology. Making all of my own syrups, purées & infusions I produce interesting, fun, new & delicious cocktails!
