Hello everyone!

I am Aaron Luo, originally from China, based in Jerusalem right now.

I specialize in Kosher Asian Cuisine.

In my life I've been exposed to a lot of different cultures and flavors, and I love to incorporate that in my food.

My mission right now is to bring more authentic Kosher experiences in the Asian Food scene in the Holy Land.

Cooking is a way of life! It always has been, but the moment I discovered Judaism and the wisdom of Kashrut, it became much more for me.

I started my journey with food at the age of 15 with a 2-year long cooking class. My first kitchen job found me a year later and kept going
