Passionate chef dedicated to creating custom, delicious meals that cater to your unique tastes and dietary needs.
With professional kitchen experience since the age of 16, including working in 5-star hotels and Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants, I hold a degree in Culinary Arts and am currently pursuing a second degree in Home Economics and Business. I teach Home Economics at the post-primary level while continuing to work in kitchens, sharing my expertise in food costing, nutrition, food science, and health.
