I started to learn how to cook when I was 10 in my mother’s restaurant. Then when I turned 18 I started tafe in Australia and started my apprenticeship as a chef I completed my 4 years in fine dining. Once I completed my 4 years I moved to New Zealand and started running my first kitchen then traveled around the world learning different cultures directly
