I love food, food excites me and not just eating or cooking the food but knowing the history of the dish, culture, ingredients everything is equally exciting. I have been in Dublin for more than 2 years now and had started my cloud kitchen to introduce Irish people to authentic Indian cuisine.
People love Indian flavors but most of them know a very little about them as the food culture is vast and still hidden from the rest of the world. I want people to experience Indian cuisine beyond a few iconic dishes they already know.
