I am a professional chef with 21 years of experience in different hotels and restaurants.
I graduated in 2002 in South Africa in Hospitality Management and I decided to travel to Ireland for experience and my passion fell for the kitchen since then I have been working as a Chef.
I was very lucky to work with one of great Chefs in Ireland which taught me a lot about classic French cooking to add to my passion of spices and herbs.
I also have been a Head Chef in an Italian themed hotel restaurant in Ireland.
