My culinary journey has been a rich tapestry of experiences, stretching over 15 years across different countries. From Italy's vibrant kitchens to the colorful markets of Morocco and Malta, each place has infused my cooking with unique flavors and techniques. For the past 7 years, I've immersed myself in Ireland's culinary scene, where I've not only learned to adapt to Irish cuisine but also had the privilege of working alongside talented chefs and serving esteemed clients at special events. My roots lie in Italian/French gastronomy, where I trained under a skilled Italian chef, worked in France and come from a family steeped in the tradition of Mediterranean cooking. I'm passionate about sharing these flavors with others and creating unforgettable dining experiences.
