I am a professional Chef with a decorated degree after 3 years education in Germany. I have worked in Michelin Star restaurants ,5 Star Relais et chateau and several business hotels.
I have been self employed as an event chef in the catering business since 2009, I have also been a private family Chef, was head of recipe development at Marley Spoon and Co Founder of Luxus lunch.
I lived in Berlin for 17 years and about a year ago I moved
with my Irish wife and my kids in Tipperary, Ireland.
