Passionnante about cooking since my childhood, I love to transmit an emotion in every dish.
I am a professional chef with 15 years experience. I studied French cuisine in a Culinary Art School in France. But, first, I’ve learned with my mom, passionate by good food and gives me the taste of good things, well cooked, and more important made with love. And since I studied, worked and traveled in a lot of different places from Michelin star restaurants to typically local restaurants to learn and improve many different cuisine to reach the gluttony’s knowledge !
