Dedicated to sharing my culinary expertise and creating unique dining experiences through my passion.

I am a professional chef with 14 years of experience. Studied Culinary Arts in Greece where I grew up and I also did my apprenticeship there in a 5 star hotel learning all the basics . My international journey started in Spain where I found my self cooking in Fuerteventura. Fascinated about medditerranean food and how many common things spanish food culture has with greek. From there I went back in Greece to finish my military duties where I kept cooking but this time for different type of guests! Next stop is Dubai, where I wanted to extend my culinary knowledge so I did a professional cooking course at ICCA. Enjoying my time in the middle east I decided to work at the W Hotel in the Yas Island (Abu Dhabi) where I did a lot of international cooking and towards the end of my time there I ran the Italian restaurant of the hotel (Amici). My love for the Italian cuisine brought me to north Italy where I did a training at the one Michelin star restaurant Johannesstube and Engel Hotel under chef Theodor Falser. I was so fascinated of the attention to details and the effort to deliver the best result for the guests that made me continue my pursue of culinary happiness in one of the biggest gastronomical capitals in the world- London. Found my self working for Dinner By Heston Blumenthal for five years where I learned how to exist and thrive in the very demanding reality of a 2 Michelin star environment where I worked my way up to a Sous Chef. Dublin is now my home and I am ready to share all my knowledge and passion about cooking by combining techniques that I've learned and my moms cooking in culinary memories for my guests that will last for ever!
