Professional chef with 15 years experience in all forms of the industry. Fine dining Restaurants, 5 star hotels and private dining.
After graduating from The renowned Culinary Institute D. I. T Cathal bruagh Street I began my career in Dublin working with some of the best chefs in the country while also cooking for high profile names, sports stars, politians, members of state and presidents of Ireland, UK and France.
