Hi, I’m Jamie – a private chef with over 10 years of experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, Bib Gourmand kitchens, and 5-star hotels across Europe. Food has always been my passion, but what I love most is creating unforgettable dining experiences for people in the comfort of their own homes.
My approach is all about combining fine dining techniques with local, seasonal ingredients—and making sure everything feels personal and relaxed. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, hosting a dinner party, or just want a unique evening with amazing food and wine, I’ll design a tailored menu that suits your tastes and preferences.
Together with my partner Gabrielle, a trained sommelier, we also offer wine pairings to take your experience to the next level. We’re based in Killarney and travel all across Ireland.
