Hi, I’m Greta—a dedicated vegan chef with a passion for crafting delicious, nourishing, and sustainable plant-based dishes. My journey with food began in my hometown in Italy, where I spent my teenage years cooking for family gatherings, never imagining that it could one day become my career.
In 2018, my transition to a plant-based lifestyle ignited a deep interest in vegan cuisine. That same year, I took my first professional step by completing a course in Vegan Italian Cuisine at Gioia di Vivere cooking school in Lucca, where I learned to blend the rich traditions of Italian cooking with innovative plant-based techniques.
Since 2019, I’ve been refining my skills in a dynamic plant-based restaurant, balancing creativity with technique to reimagine classic dishes and explore bold, fresh flavors.
My mission is to show that vegan food can be deeply satisfying and exciting, proving that sustainability and indulgence can go hand in hand.
I am available for private chef services and also for private cooking classes in your kitchen. I offer a complete plant-based menu, with gluten-free and nut-free options available upon request.
