I am Giacomo, I come from Italy and I have been in Dublin for 1 year.
I'm doing a chef from 16 years, trough the most important Italian michelin star restaurant and 5* hotels as Belmond (Louis vuitton group)or forte Village resort.
I come in ireland to improve my English and to meet different kind of culture and people.
I would like to start this new experience as a private chef.
