I have been a cook for about 5 years, I worked in several kitchens, I did summer seasons in spas and from all those places I took enormous amounts of knowledge, which today I like to share with family, friends and customers.
Some time ago I decided to take a giant step, which was to leave Uruguay to get to know new cultures but also to improve my culinary skills and learn Enlish!
Soy cocinero desde hace unos 5 años, trabajé en varias cocinas, hice temporadas de verano en balnearios y de todos esos lugares me llevé enormes cantidades de conocimiento, el cual hoy me gusta compartir con familia, amigos y clientes.
Hace un tiempo decidí dar un paso gigante, que fue salir de Uruguay para conocer nuevas culturas pero también mejorar mis habilidades culinarias y aprender Ingles.
