I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience in Hotels and restaurants. I have been at executive chef level with the Conrad, Marriott and Radisson Hotels.
I am a dedicated perfectionist with a love for quality local produce as the basis for everything cooked from fine cuisine to BBQ parties.
I have a team that help with events to keep the consistency and quality at the right level. I also have access to waiting and supervisory staff for events.
