I am originally from Mauritius but have lived in Ireland over 10 years, love fusion cooking and sourcing local ingredients
I have been a professional chef for over 20 years, 10 of those in Ireland.
I have worked in almost every type of kitchen from 5 star resorts in my native Mauritius to cruise ships to award winning restaurants here in Ireland.
I am currently head chef of an award winning sea food restaurant and enjoy creating daily seafood specials
