A few hours before the start time they'll arrive at your home, to cook the meal right in your kitchen. They will, of course, offer table service and, just so you can really relax and enjoy the experience, clean up thoroughly before heading off.

Switi is just incredible. We were at a private villa and Switi did all of our breakfasts, one lunch and three dinners. She is so accommodating to different tastes and adapting to fussy kids.
