Im an Indonesian reliable, trustworthy and flexible chef who has the relevant culinary experience, knowledge and qualifications. I have been working in culinary Industry for 14 years in Indonesia, Malaysia and United Arab Emirates.
My main focus in cuisines are the fussion concepts, from the west to asian twist. I am very experience in modern and classic french, Italian, Japanese, Molecular, Mediteranean and International.
