I am a profesional chef with a graduate diploma in food production from the PPL Dhyana Pura

I have worked in kitchens for 30 years, my last work place is in Amsterdam and Marriot Renaisance Hotel.

In the past I have worked in a cruise line, ESS Catering company and beautiful caribbean islands as a private chef such as Turks and Caicos. Cooking is my passion, from the raw ingredients until ready to served to a costumer, The secret is cooking from heart, every food if we cook it from our heart, the result will be excellent

Really great service - were able to find a replacement chef last minute and very quick to respond to every inquiry. Both chefs we spoke to were great and accommodated for various allergies and intolerances.

Chef Wayan was amazing , great food , great personality, punctual and fun. For some reason this app had already set "distant " on it and wont let me un tick it. Chef Wayan was very engaging and lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Seriously 10/10! Wayan was amazing, he was so lovely. The food was the best we’ve ever eaten. We asked him to create a lobster dish as neither of us had had lobster before and he went to extensive lengths to get lobster for us as there is a shortage here. Could not recommend him more.

Chef Wayan was wonderful to work with. He was very accomodating and worked with us to create a menu that would work for our group taking into consideration any dietary requirements. His food was delicious and gave us a nice representation of Balinese cuisine. Chef Wayan was pleasant, a delight and a talented chef and I would highly recommend him.

He was excellent for all three nights that we had him. He produced amazing food and was very flexible on each night if we wanted something different. He was also a really lovely person to have around and made effort with all in the group.
