i m chef with more that 25 years experience in italian kitchen. i worked around italy, france, bulgary and i lived 12 years in singapore. i did opening restaurant in italy, in france i opened a semi fine dinning restaurant in hotel -farm, in bulgarian i tech fews hotel the italian kitchen. in singapore i menaged for 10 years a restaurant in bukit timah.
