Personal Chef In BanyuwangiMy name is Rudi Yulianto. I graduated from the Hotel and Tourism Training Institute Bali - Indonesia (STP Bali), Food & Beverage Production ( Art Culinary ) an Diploma II Degree. I am training and was working at Four Seasons Resort Bali also was working at Hard Rock Hotel Bali as the Pastry, Le Pain Quotidien Dubai-United Arab Emirates as a Chef de Partie Pastry, PT. ISS Catering Services as a Pastry Chef Trainer, Harvest Cakes Jakarta as a Pastry Chef, Kanuhura Resort Maldives as a CDP Pastry till 30 of April 2012, Mercure Banjarmasin Hotel as a Pastry Chef, PT. Kaltim Multi Boga Utama as a Pastry Chef, Harry’s/Miles LTD Bermuda as a Pastry Chef, Star Hotel Semarang as a Pastry Chef, The Sanchaya Bintan Island as a Pastry Chef, OZEN by Atmosphere as a Pastry Chef and The Residence Bintan by Cenizaro as a Pastry Chef.
I am capable of making Modern and Gastronomique Dessert, Plated Dessert, Western dessert, Indonesian dessert, ice cream, sorbet, cake. And I am capable in the hot kitchen also.
I am a strong leader, willing to learn, humorist and I like new challenge in art of Pastry.
