With more than 15 years experience working as chef in various 5 stars hotel like Hyatt, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Intercontinental Hotels, I have the benefit & opportunity to explore facets of international cuisines from multinational talented chefs. Each with personal authentic touch.

I am very organized and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. Often work in the fast line and challenged for many outside catering and private parties, including royal familes in Dubai.

Now with the demand of people awareness toward halal food, including those who wants to entertain their Muslim guest in the convenience of their home, I specialized myself on presenting Halal International Cuisine.

I am also glad to share my experience with others through demo.
