My name is Patrese Vito.

A passionate Young Chef.

I started ny career as stagiare at Teatro Gastroteque Bali and then I work at BLANCO par Mandif In Ubud and ultra luxurious Indonesian Fine Dining Restaurant before I went to Macau and work under Chef Joel Robuchon in his 3 michelin starred property Robuchon au Dome. After couple years I decided to go back to Indonesia and become the Head Chef for VIEW Restaurant at Fairmont Jakarta. Now I’m ready to work on my own as a private chef for my own private dining company “AVORA”.
