My name is Nicola, i'm an Italian chef of 28 yo. living in Jakarta for 5 years, and Bali before for a year; i speak Indonesian, French, Italian and English; i have worked in the past in Italy, England and Germany, and specialized myself in Italian, French and Mediterranean cuisine. I now during this pandemic times started a kitchen delivery service called Nicola;s kitchen where i try to bring comfort Italian food to everyone's houses and lately i'm also working as private chef for whatever occasion: business meeting, birthday , celebrations etc.
