Growing up in one of Indonesia's small town, I fell in love with cooking because of my Mother. She loves to cook and in every dish she put a lot of love and great care. Starting from an early age under her wing, I also traveled and studied local delicacies. From the fine to the streets, it was a learning curve and amazing journey. Professionally studied and interned in Singapore and New Zealand, I also took some Professional Kitchen roles and freelanced as a Private Chef and doing a Catering Service also a small local business.
From Indonesian, Asian, Western, Italian to Fusion, I can make your wish come true.
